Cabazes Gourmet / Gourmet Basquets

Não esperava que o "brevemente" demorasse tanto tempo, mas só agora parei para respirar um pouco, pois este mês foram só avaliações na Faculdade!...
Durante os próximos posts vou mostrar as últimas coisas que fiz, nomeadamente prendas que ofereci no Natal e encomendas que me fizeram entretanto.
Sempre que virem algo que gostem e gostariam de ter, não hesitem em contactar-me.


Vou começar por mostrar os cabazes gourmet que fiz, para os meus pais oferecerem aos amigos e para oferecer à família do meu namorado. Eis aqui a lista das coisas que fiz para distribuir pelos vários cestos:


- Doce de Abóbora com Nozes
- Doce de Abóbora com Gila
- Doce de Maçã e Hortelã
- Doce de Maçã no Forno
- Doce de Cebola Vermelha
- Licor de Ovo
- Vinho de Laranja e Nóz-Moscada
- Azeite de Ervas Aromáticas e Malaguetas
- Azeite de Limão
- Vinagre de Romã
- Pegas


Infelizmente a parte da montagem dos cestos foi à pressa e não consegui tirar fotos a tudo e não ficaram muito boas, mas dá para perceber como ficaram:

I will begin by showing the gourmet baskets that I made for my parents to offer to their friends and to give to my boyfriend's family. Here is the list of things I've done to distribute to the several baskets:
- Pumpkin Jam with Walnuts - Pumpkin Jam with Gila - Apple and Mint Jam- Baked Apples Jam- Red Onion Jam- Egg Liqueur - Orange and Nutmeg Wine - Olive Oil with Herbs and Chilies - Lemon Olive Oil 
- Pomegranate Vinegar - Handles
Unfortunately, the assembly of the baskets was in a hurry and I could not take the photos of all of them and some were not very good, but you can see how it looks:

Ao todo foram 8 ou 9 cabazes.
Nunca tinha experimentado fazer nada disto mas milagrosamente saiu tudo bem e adorei!
Daqui para a frente irei fazer muitas mais vezes este tipo de prenda, que para além de ser económica e personalizada, é sempre útil.

In all 8 or 9 baskets were made.
I have never experienced to do any of these things but miraculously everything worked out well and I loved it!
Henceforth I will do a lot more of this type of gift, which apart from being economic and personal, is always useful.
